A designer by trade — I studied Design Management at the American University of Sharjah with a focus in UX, UI and Service Design. Over the years I have worked with both global and UAE based brands.
Product Person
Product Designers play a critical role in shaping the vision of a product, which is why I’ve always worked closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and IT. I have also made frequent contributions to the product roadmap by defining product requirements and user acceptance conditions.

I am a Google certified Project Manager and have a Six Sigma White Belt certification. I rely on my project management skills during the implementation phase of projects.

Service & UX Design Manager, Employee Experience

e& started as a telecommunications company and is today one of the world’s largest technology & investment group based in Dubai, UAE. The Group operates in 16 countries across the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
At e& I was part of the Employee Experience team which sits within HR. My role as a UX & Service Designer included mapping existing services end to end to identify gaps and pain points. Once gaps and pain points were identified, I hosted and facilitated workshops with relevant stakeholders to co-create solutions.
I worked cross-functionally across all levels — front-line employees as well as senior HR Leadership (including Group Chief of HR).

Product Designer, Beauty Vertical
Chalhoub Group
Chalhoub Group is the Middle East’s largest retail operator, and has been the leading partner for luxury, fashion, and beauty in the region for over 60 years.
In my role as Product Designer, I worked with brands to either launch their own digital products, or fine tune their existing digital products so they perform better.
I’ve worked with both global brands such as L’Occitane and YSL, and regional brands such as Faces.com.
During my time at Chalhoub Group, I worked closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and IT. I was part of the entire lifecycle from research and design, to UAT and launch. Additionally, I helped define product requirements.
